About This Coffee

This coffee originates from the thriving landscape of Mirado, Sidamo, Ethiopia, celebrated for its lush vegetation and favourable climate. It is sourced directly from local farmers and undergoes processing at the Mirado Station. The climate in this region is characterised by abundant sunshine, humidity, and a rich natural environment. The area receives an annual rainfall ranging between 1599 and 1799mm. The coffee production capacity reaches 800,000 kg annually. The processing involves the use of depulping and pressurised sorting machinery, along with the utilisation of African beds. The community and environmental guidelines are upheld through composting practices and dedicated eco-friendly sanitation methods for washed wastage. Notably, there are a total of 112 beds in use.
